Saturday, December 03, 2011 The $400 Million Estate Will Contest   Estate Planning in the News: A $400 Million Estate Who is Huguette Clark? She died earlier this year at 104, and left a $400 Million estate. She was definitely not part of the "99%"! In any case, Ms. Clark's estate is currently being litigated. Seems as though she had two wills. In one of them, she cut out her family and gave money to her attorney and accountant. Ms. Clark was a reclusive figure, and the most recent picture of her was taken in 1930.
